The Good:

The good thing about penis pumps is that they work very fast. Usually within a few minutes of pumping there is noticeable engorgement and you'll probably be looking like a monster at this point. Another pro to this method of penis enlargement is that it only requires you to buy the device once, rather than continuously paying for something like pills.

The Bad:

Unfortunately, in the case of penis enlargement pumps, the bad often outweighs all the good. The one problem with pumps is that they are a short-term solution. In about 15 minutes after you have removed the pump from your penis, it will be returning to its usual size, so the growth is not permanent penis enlargement is but more of a gimmick.
